or 2023 are encouraged to register to celebrate their accomplishment in a
graduation ceremony with DCL. DCL will provide the caps, gowns,
invitations, treats and plan the ceremony. Only the graduate needs to
register. Each graduate will be able to invite guests to the ceremony with
them.
