The Parker Library Teen Advisory Board (TAB) was created in 2001 as a way for community teens to become more involved in their library. You, as a teen, help plan events, recommend materials, help maintain the teen area of the library, volunteer in the community, and participate in events. TAB members represent the teen community as advocates for teen issues and concerns. As a TAB member, you can earn service hours, awards, and recommendations for jobs or college applications. We meet each month to plan, share snacks, and enjoy each others’ company. Ask for a TAB application at the Youth Services desk. Email Dawn and Andrea firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
